TELGAT
Alarm Management
Telgat adds value to incoming data by performing
alarm correlation. This mechanism allows for "one fault-one
alarm" handling, even in cases of multiple alarm detections
on a single acquisition line. By defining rules and captors
association conditions, fields faults are limited to their
real extent.
Users can define conditions -like alarm states, elements,
hours- to apply SMS, pager or email alarm forwarding. Alarm
history file and alarm audit features allow office performance
analysis.
TELGAT
Data access
Telgat provides easy access to information,
element hierarchy selection, real-time readings, and on-line
history information of any supervised network element.
Connection to Host-Type Network Elements configuration
modules (telnet, vt-100, etc.) is also available from the
client machine, by means of a secure gateway connection
architecture.
TELGAT
Activity Tracking
An activity tracking module allows a description
of maintenance activity, which can be cross referenced with
field activity. A Single Fault Cause can also be defined
to associate single natural disasters with multiple events.
TELGAT
Statistics and Analysis
The TSA has a lot of K reports, helping managers
to make decisions and envisioning maintenance performance
activity. With TSA you will get "Alarms By Status",
"Alarms by Fault Type", "Status by Universe"
and a wide range of additional on-line information performance
reports.
TELGAT
GIS
To help maintenance technicians in fault
location, Telgat includes a georeferential module, displaying
real time network element states over interactive maps,
with standard cartographic formats (shp, tab or tiff extensions).
Network Element's, offices and captors are displayed with
colors identification states, and interactive links allow
an easy navigation to Telgat Alarm Report module for a more
detailed analysis.
